The Rules of Respect, Consideration and Responsibility

| 7. | We avoid saying anything that may hurt or embarrass | ||

Repeat Offences will incur 20 minutes in The ReThink Room Those children who incur two detentions in one term will be asked to attend the ReThink Room on another occasion to discuss their actions and commit to a Behaviour Plan to improve their behaviour. |

Levels 3 to 7 | |||
| Level | Rule | Consequence | |
| 3 to 7 | 9. | We know that swearing, teasing, using put-downs and hurtful language in a written or spoken form, is not appropriate or acceptable | 20 minutes The ReThink Room for all Level 3 offences. Level 4 Offences will result in an after school detention. Level 5 offences will result in 1 - 5 days' suspension. Level 6 offences will result in 5 - 20 days' suspension. Level 7 offences will result in exclusion. |

| 3 to 5 | 12. | Children will treat all staff and visitors to the school in a respectful manner | |
Repeat offences will move to the next level. Children who are given After School Detentions or Suspensions will also attend the ReThink Room on a separate occasion (as above). |
