School Council
Ashgrove State School has an elected School Council with equal representation of staff and parents.
The School Council is closely involved in developing the strategic direction of the school as set out in the Annual Operation Plan and Budget. The Council advises on matters of policy, monitors progress towards agreed goals and reports these to the school community and Education Queensland.
Council members welcome feedback about policy issues from the school community and can be contacted either informally or through the school office.
